Wentworth Aerodrome’s upgrades have been officially opened.
NSW Deputy Premier Paul Toole did the honours during his visit to the region earlier this week.
The nine point one million dollar project included building a new sealed runway, taxiway and apron, installation of pilot activated lighting and parking areas for planes.

And the local facility has also secured over 175-thousand dollars in funding from the Stronger Country Communities Fund to upgrade airport hangars.
