Mildura MP Jade Benham has welcomed funding for the Mildura and Swan Hill councils for road upgrades.
Up to two-million dollars has been allocated for the local government areas, with the local member saying the funds are for improvements towards overall road safety.
She says the funding will address concerns around local roads which she says are deteriorating.
