Another Red Alert has been issued for blue green algae in a section of the Darling River.
It’s currently in place for the untreated water at Pooncarie, with locals urged to avoid recreational activities including swimming and boating.
Water NSW will continue testing the river and will advise residents when the risk has been reduced.
