From 3 to 26 June, the community can join Lifeline Loddon Mallee and work towards 3,307 push-ups in 24 days, honouring the 3,307 Australians who died by suicide in 2024.
Each push-up is a simple but powerful reminder of why connection, support and open conversations matter.
Now in its tenth year, the challenge brings together people of all ages and abilities to move their bodies, learn more about mental health, and check in with themselves and each other.
In 2026, it’s set to be bigger than ever, with more than 200,000 Australians expected to take part.
Lifeline Loddon Mallee is proud to be a beneficiary of the challenge.
