Renmark Paringa Council have announced a little makeover for a much-loved riverfront landmark.

The replica rose arbour opposite Hotel Renmark has temporarily been removed from the Renmark riverfront.

The replica has been relocated off-site while the Riverland Woodworkers Inc. generously volunteer their time and expertise to undertake refurbishment works.

The restoration will help preserve the character and historical significance of this much-loved community asset, ensuring it can continue to be enjoyed by residents and visitors for years to come.

The replica will return to its same riverfront location once the works are complete in the coming months.

Council says they greatly appreciate the Riverland Woodworkers’ support and contribution, and thanks the group for their ongoing commitment to the local community.
