At 3.10am on the 6th of September 2026 Swan Hill police observed a white utility leaving a local pub in the Swan Hill area.
A subsequent intercept resulted in the driver being required to return to the Swan Hill Police Station for an evidentiary breath test.
The result of the breath test recorded a positive reading of 0.056.
The 23year old male was issued with a penalty notice with a six-month suspension to his driver licence.
Not even 20 minutes later, at 3.30am on the 6th of September 2026 Swan Hill police members observed a blue hatchback and decided to intercept and speak to the driver.
The 19year old male provided a sample of breath which indicated alcohol in his breath.
He was required to accompany police to the Swan Hill Police Station where he returned an Evidentiary Breath test result of 0.093.
He was issued with a penalty notice with a six-month suspension to his driver licence, and an immediate driving ban for six months.
