Push for Better with Lifeline Loddon Mallee

April 16, 2026 8:21 am in by

This June, the community will be coming together to push for better mental health through The Push-Up Challenge.

Now in its tenth year, the challenge brings together people of all ages and abilities to move their bodies, learn more about mental health, and check in with themselves and each other.

In 2026, it’s set to be bigger than ever, with more than 200,000 Australians expected to take part.

From 3 to 26 June, join Lifeline Loddon Mallee and work towards 3,307 push-ups in 24 days, honouring the 3,307 Australians who died by suicide in 2024.

Lifeline Loddon Mallee is proud to be a beneficiary of the challenge.

Funds raised will help them to continue providing 24/7 crisis support through 13 11 14, along with local counselling, suicide prevention services and community programs, giving people across our region a safe place to talk when they need it most.

By supporting Lifeline Loddon Mallee, you’ll be:

  • Supporting locally based mental health services
  • Part of a regionwide effort, with neighbours, workplaces, gyms, clubs and schools all pushing together
  • Learning daily mental health facts that spark important conversations and build confidence to support others
