MRCC bin changes from today

Mildura Rural City Council has advised residents that today is the day to start using the new purple lidded, glass only, bins.

As of today, glass will no longer be accepted through your yellow-lidded recycling bin.

Some collection services for red and yellow bins change days today as well.

This change will affect around 1,100 residential addresses located between:

Eleventh Street and River Boulevard and Etiwanda Avenue and Cowra Avenue.

Eleventh Street with sections along Twelfth and Thirteenth Streets between Etiwanda Avenue and Deakin Avenue.

Residents along Cowra Avenue between Sixteenth Street and Fifteenth Street and areas of South Benetook, East Twentieth Street, and Coorong Avenue.

Residents and businesses in these areas are encouraged to visit www.mildura.vic.gov.au/myneighbourhood to check their new bin collection dates and download the latest collection calendars from 1 July 2024.
