Sunraysia Cricket Association has lost its final match in the Melbourne Country Week tournament.

The locals were up against Bairnsdale, who went into yesterday’s game on top of the ladder.

Bairnsdale won the toss and batted first, making seven for 268 off its 50 overs.

In reply, the locals were all out for 125.

Looking ahead to the weekend, another two-day game for the second last round of the Sunraysia Cricket Association’s first division.

Day one is tomorrow, with Gol Gol up against Mildura Settlers, Nichols Point is hosting Mildura East, Mildura West is playing Merbein and Coomealla Wentworth is taking on Irymple in Round 13

In the women’s competition tonight, again, Round 13, Mildura West take on Gol Gol, Irymple v Mildura East, Merbein hosts Coomealla Point and Nichols Point play Mildura Settlers.

Meantime there are two games in the Red Cliffs Cricket Association A-Grade tomorrow for Round 16.
