Less affordable housing in Mildura

There are less affordable properties in Victoria’s north-west over the last twelve months.

PropTrack figures show homes for rent for under four-hundred dollars a week have dropped from 90 per cent three years ago to just over sixty-six per cent in April.

And CoreLogic data has the median price of a rental in Mildura at four hundred and seventeen dollars.
