The median price of a home in Mildura’s now just under four-hundred thousand dollars.
Data from CoreLogic shows house prices in the region grew by point-three of a per cent in the last 12-months, while prices in the north-west of the state generally fell by point-one per cent.
Prices in Melbourne grew by half a per cent.

Mildura was found to be the only regional area with positive growth.
Local values were led by an increase of eight-point-two per in unit values.
House values were in fact down point-nine of a percent.
