Mildura Rural City Council have announced details about a free expo to help locals navigate the Aged Care system.
The event is to be held on Thursday 26 November from 10:00am to 2:00pm, Powerhouse Place, Hugh King Drive, Mildura.
Industry professionals will present about topics including:
How to access the Aged Care System
What is My Aged Care and how to register?
How do I know if I am eligible?
What is the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)?
What is the Support at Home program (SAH)?
Who can support me on my Aged Care journey?
How to access Residential Care
Light refreshments will be provided.
Registrations are appreciated for planning purposes, but walk-ins welcome.
