A 30kmh speed limit in sections of Mildura’s CBD is closer to becoming permanent.
Mildura Rural City Councillors last week voted to keep the lower limit following a 12-month trial in the areas between Deakin and Pine Avenues and Seventh and Tenth Streets.
Deakin Avenue and Seventh Street speed limits were NOT reduced.

A report to the council said police had not noticed any change since the trial began.
