3-bin drop-in session tomorrow

With new bins now being delivered across Wentworth Shire, Council is holding an additional drop-in information session to help eligible households prepare for the new 3-bin kerbside collection service.

The event is to be held tomorrow, Friday, September11, 9:00am to 11:00am at the Wentworth Visitor Centre Conference Room, 61 Darling Street, Wentworth.

Residents can speak with Council staff and the Halve Waste team, ask questions and learn how to sort food and garden waste, recycling and general waste correctly.

The new service starts on 5 October 2026.
