Several locals have taken at awards at the 2026 Big V Awards recently.
King Construction Heat Men’s Head Coach Mahaela Jackson took out Coach of the Year – Division Two Men, and import Anthony Taylor and leader Jack Saunders were awarded with All Star Five – Division Two Men honours for the 2026 season.
Azzco Engineering Lady Heat import Maleia Bracone cleaned up at the Big V Awards with season awards: Leading Scorer, All Star Five AND Most Valuable Player – Division One Women.
