Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Frank Tuorczi.
The 51-year-old man is wanted on warrant in relation to sexual offending.
Investigators have released an image of Frank in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.

Frank may be in the Mildura area.
