Wentworth Shire Council has advised the residents and businesses of Wentworth of further interruptions to water supply.
The filtered water supply will have reduced pressure for a 5 hour period due to an Essential Energy Power Supply Outage at the Wentworth Water Treatment Plant between 9 am and 2 pm on Thursday 5 June 2025.
The works are part of ongoing works to upgrade facilities round the municipality.

Residents and business are encouraged to plan ahead by avoiding water usage (such as showering / washing) during this time.
Please note, raw water supply will not be affected.
