Wentworth Shire Council has given public notice of the exhibition of a planning proposal to amend the Wentworth Local Environmental Plan 2011.
The proposal seeks to rezone land at the corner of Melaleuca Street and Pitman Avenue Buronga from RU4 to RU5 and remove the Minimum Lot Size
Documents concurrently exhibited include a Planning Proposal with attachments, a Gateway Determination and a Traffic Impact Assessment.

Written submissions, either by email, in person or post, are to be received by 5pm 1 September 2025.
If an objection is made, the grounds of objection must be specified in the submission.
Any submissions received may be made public unless a request to withhold is made.
