Road rehabilitation works are underway on Hattah-Robinvale Road near Wemen.
The Department of Transport and Planning is delivering safety upgrades along 12.6 kilometres of Hattah-Robinvale Road across two sections between Wemen and the Robinvale-Sea Lake Road intersection.
Works include road surface upgrades, sealed shoulders, improved road alignment, flexible safety barriers, drainage improvements, and new signage and line marking.
Construction commenced in May 2026 and is expected to take approximately 12 months to complete, weather permitting.
Motorists should expect reduced speed limits and occasional lane closures during works and allow up to five minutes of additional travel time.
The project is jointly funded by the Australian and Victorian Governments through the Road Safety Program.
