Woman remains behind bars after breaching bail conditions

A woman will remain behind bars after making threats to kill while breaching her bail conditions.

The Mildura Magistrates Court heard the woman had been bailed on January 29, which included conditions of a curfew and taking part in a Court Integrated Services Program.

But they were told just three days later she breached the curfew by attending a property at 12.30am on February 1 to verbally abuse a resident.

The court heard at 9:00am that morning after the resident had been to sleep, he awoke to find the accused still there, with the woman making threats to kill the man.

Three days later she was again found outside of her curfew and was arrested, according to the Sunraysia Daily.

The court telling the woman she would not be released until she had undertone a psychiatric assessment, leading to an expletive filled rant from the accused.
