A Mildura court has heard a man was lured to an isolated area out of Mildura and assaulted with weapon.
The incident happened in August last year, with the victim allegedly lured by a woman under the guise of buying a car that was advertised on social media.
However the Herald Sun says the court was told the man was then assaulted by two men.

A woman has faced court yesterday, fined two-thousand dollars and convicted for her role in the assault.
The men are due to face a Koori Court hearing tomorrow.
