A Wentworth flood study is being undertaken.
Wentworth Shire Council says it will define patterns of riverine type flooding in areas including Wentworth, Curlwaa, Buronga and Gol Gol.
They say an important first step in the preparation of the Wentworth Flood Study is to identify the availability of information on historic flooding in the study area.

A survey on the matter will close on June 10.
