A Wentworth Flood Study will be held, to look at patterns of riverine-type flooding in areas including Wentworth, Dareton, Buronga and Gol Gol.

Wentworth Shire Council is hoping the study will lead to better planning of development, emergency management and community awareness.

It’s asking locals to take part in a community survey, which can be found on the council’s Facebook page.
