A vacuum cleaner from a large Australian retailer has been recalled by the ACCC over fire hazard fears.
The rechargeable battery-operated handstick bagless vacuum, model number BW-595, has been recalled as the components of the circuit board may overheat and catch fire if the incorrect charger is used on the device.
The vacuum was sold online and in-person Big W stores between March 15 2022 and October 11 2023.

All batch codes ending in /2021 and /2022 are also affected, as well as a batch code ending in 010223.
Anyone who may have purchased a vacuum part of the impacted batch should stop using it immediately and return it to Big W for a refund.

The Oxford Arms London Dry Gin with the batch number L3 236 has been on sale at stores nationally and online.
Pinnacle Drinks is recalling the product due to a “potential chemical contamination (styrene)”.
