Two people have lost their lives in a vehicle accident at Carwarp this morning.
Emergency services were called to the Calder Highway just before 8:00am.
One person is expected to be flown to Melbourne in a critical condition.

Another eight people have been taken by road to Mildura Base Public Hospital.
The Calder Highway has been closed in both directions in response to the accident.
