Murray Mallee police detected a dozen drink or drug drivers over the weekend including in the Riverland:
On 15 August, a 43-year-old Barmera man, returned a result for a drug test after being stopped on Fowles Street. He was issued with a three-month loss of licence.
On 15 August, a 58-year-old Berri man was stopped on Bookpurnong Terrace, Loxton. He recorded a result for a drug test and was also issued with a three-month loss of licence.

On 17 August, a 44-year-old Barmera man returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.068 after being stopped on Jellett Road, Berri.
All these drivers are to appear at Berri Magistrates Court at later dates.
