Locals still have more time to nominate where they think trees should be planted across Mildura.
It’s part of the tree planting program, and Mildura Rural City Council Mayor, Cr Liam Wood, says trees and landscaping are needed in public spaces.
He says it can be roundabouts, median strips or in parks and playgrounds, with council staff to plant the trees in coming months.
