A Total Fire Ban for Mildura and across the Mallee, and the South Western Fires District of New South Wales, with very hot temps expected to start the week.
All fires are prohibited across the region for the entire day, with Mildura set to reach 35 degrees today.
It comes as over in Gippsland at least seven fires have burned through the night, four of them still under watch and act warnings.

Residents in several towns have been told to leave now or prepare to evacuate.
