Toilets closed to start Deakin upgrade works

Work will soon start on the third and final stage of the upgrade to Mildura’s Deakin Avenue centre median.

In preparation for the works, Mildura Rural City Council has decommissioned the Deakin Avenue Public Toilet block located between Seventh and Eighth Streets starting yesterday.

The site will remain closed until works are completed later this year.

There is access to other public toilets near the CBD, located in Pine Avenue, or along Mildura’s Riverfront near Nowingi Place, Powerhouse Place and Jaycee Park.
