Next Monday, 4th August, Sunraysia and District Veterans Golfers Association Club will be playing a 2 Person Ambrose competition at Red Cliffs Golf Club.
The sponsor this month is The Vines Retirement Village.
The organisations is asking, to make entry easier for Tony, bring $25 cash and register between 8.30 and 9.00 am.
They always have a lovely lunch supplied at Red Cliffs, and the bar has very well priced drinks.
The fairways and greens at Red Cliffs are in great condition.
They also ask players to remember to always play behind the group in front of you and not in front of the group behind you.
If you’re not a current member, it will cost you a one off payment of $15 to join, and then you have the chance to play monthly at one of the local golf courses in their competitions.
It also gets you a badge to enter you in the monthly draw competition.
You have to be 50 years old in Sunraysia and 55 years old Australia wide to join Victorian Veterans Golf Association.
The local organisation is also still looking for a Club Secretary locally, the position open to any member male or female.
