Due to the weather forecast for this Sunday 1 March, the Mildura Rural City Council Clean Up Australia event has been postponed to the following weekend, Sunday March 8.
The event will still be held at the Mildura South Wetlands (Dunning Wetlands, 502-609 Ontario Avenue Mildura), 10:00am to 11:00am, again, next Sunday, March 8.
This year, volunteers can also take part in a guided weed walk from 9.30am, exploring the wetlands while learning about common local weeds and simple ways to combat them.
