Swan Hill has recorded the strongest rise in rental prices across regional Victoria.
The municipality, which includes Robinvale, recorded a 13-and-a-half per cent increase from an average 370-dollars a week to 420.
Mildura has had a seven-and-a-half per cent increase to be sitting at 430-dollars.

Greater Bendigo and Ballarat are among the lowest increases in rent.
Bendigo: 4.5 per cent increase from 440 to 460 in the 12-months to June ’24 and Ballarat: 3.8 per cent increase from 395 to 410 in the 12 months to June ’24.
Mount Alexander recorded 1.1 per cent DROP from 475 to 470 in the 12 months to June ’24.
