More than 50 streets across Mildura, Red Cliffs and Merbein have been chosen to get a transformation under the 2024 Cool It Street Program.
The program will see semi-mature trees planted in areas of need to provide a canopy and fresh greenery to streets across the Mildura Rural City Council area.
Council has begun contacting residents of successful streets directly to detail the next stage of the program.

The 2024 program has been made possible due to funding from the Loddon Mallee Public Health Unit.
Planting is due to start next month.
