Two peppercorn trees near the Mildura Skate Park have been safely removed.
The skate park was closed during the removal works, but the site has reopened to the public.
Mildura Rural City Council says it was forced to cut down the trees following recent vandalism, but also due to structural concerns.

Contractors will be working to remove the left over stumps, but that’ll have no impact to other users in the area.
