Over the weekend multiple drivers have been caught committing traffic offences in the Murray Mallee region, including:
On Friday, 16 August, police detected a Toyota sedan travelling at 97kmp in a 60kmp speed zone on Renmark Avenue.
The driver a 27-year-old man from Renmark was breath tested and allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.161, three times the legal limit.
He was issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence and will be summoned to attend court at a later date.

On Saturday, 17 August, Loxton Police stopped a Jeep SUV on Tobruk Terrace, Loxton and breath tested the driver.
The 30-year-old man from the Northern Territory provided a positive breath test reading of 0.178.
He was issued with an instant loss of licence for 12 – months, his vehicle was impounded and he will be summoned to attend court at a later date.
