Rider caught again after public calls

A man has been disqualified from driving after 000 calls.

Early April a 40-year-old male fronted the Mildura Magistrates’ Court for driving matters where he disputed it was him riding a red Honda road bike away from Police.

The male was convicted for the driving and other unrelated matters.

Last Tuesday, May 7th, Mildura Police, responding to 000 calls for a traffic disruption, located the same male who was on the same Motor bike.

The male was disqualified from driving and also allegedly failed a road side drug test.

The male’s motorbike was impounded for 30 days at a cost of $1705 and he will be summonsed to court for the driving matters.
