The latest data from research from CoreLogic has found the cost of renting is rising faster in the regions than in some capital cities, with average rents in Mildura currently sitting at just over 430-dollars a week.
CoreLogic’s Eliza Owen says the problem has been decades in the making and there’s no short-term solution.
