On Sunday 7 January Berri Police reported a 51-year-old Renmark North man after he was stopped driving on Twenty-First Street, Renmark.
He was breath tested, allegedly returning a positive reading of 0.127.
He was reported for drink driving and received a 6 month instant loss of licence.

His car was impounded for 28 days.
He will be summonsed to appear in Berri Magistrates Court at a later date.
