House prices in regional Australia are still outperforming those in capital cities, and there’s been a slight increase in Mildura over the last 12-months.
CoreLogic’s Regional Market Update says the point-five per cent increase sees the median prices of a home sitting at just over 410-thousand dollars.
Tim Wallis from CoreLogic says buying a home is still mostly unaffordable for first homebuyers.

Mr. Wallis says regional prices are still growing more than in capital cities during the last three months.
