A group of Regional Cities including Mildura has released its budget submission for the next financial year calling for essential investment.
Regional Cities Victoria says regional centres are watching BILLIONS being poured into metro projects while others are cut.
It wants a one-BILLION dollar regional fund and two-BILLION dollar regional roads package.

Mildura councillor HELEN HEALY and CEO MARTIN HAWSON are members of the organisation for the region.
