Recently, residents from Pooncarie, Ellerslie, Wentworth and Fort Courage took part in free CPR and AED training sessions, gaining hands-on skills in emergency response protocols, CPR for both adults and infants, and the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs).

These practical, face-to-face sessions were led by Brenton Chatterton, Intensive Care Paramedic from Mildura First Aid Services.

Wentworth Shire Council has thanked Brenton for delivering these vital sessions, and has acknowledged the support of the Pooncarie and District Development Association (P.A.D.D.A).
