Mildura is dealing with another power outage this morning, with the Powercor website reporting 23 customers unexpectedly disconnected from the grid.
Powercor is alerting customers around the Etherington Drive, Mildura area that their power may be out until 11:00 this morning.
Initial reports indicated that power may be restored 8:00 this morning.
