After closing its doors almost two years ago, a popular Chinese restaurant in Mildura is now officially on the market.
The Regal on Deakin Avenue closed its doors in 2022, after operating at the location for almost thirty years.
Professionals Real Estate Mildura are now looking to sell the property, saying it is a massive 1841m2 allotment, uniquely zoned both Commercial 1 (C1Z) and Residential (GRZ), and has off street parking for at least 31 vehicles.
