The results of a polling place in the Mallee have been corrected after someone initially mixed up the results from the Voice Referendum.
St Arnaud was initially named as having more yes votes than no, but that wasn’t the case, with the Australian Electoral Commission rectifying the issue.
The AEC says there was an error in putting in the results, but that’s been fixed.
Halls Gap and a mobile unit were the only polling places that recorded a majority yes in the electorate.
More than 79 per cent of voters in the Mallee voted NO in the Voice Referendum.
