Mildura MP Jade Benham says Ouyen locals are worried the Victorian Government is restructuring the Mallee Track Health and Community Service Board.
The local member raised the issue in State Parliament last week, but says Health Minister Mary Anne Thomas walked out while she was speaking.
The Nationals member says residents are growing concerned that’ll pave the way for consolidation, which could lead to the loss of jobs and services, and will undermine the accessibility of healthcare in the region.

She says the Victorian Government has a broader agenda to merge regional health services including in the Loddon Mallee.
