The On Farm Connectivity Program is now accepting applications for 2023-24 to 2024-25.
The program exists because a review was commissioned which identified that telecommunications, particularly mobile services, were failing much of regional Australia in 2021.
The review recommended this program, which the Coalition actioned while in Government and is now available for funding applications.
The program offers a rebate of up to $30,000 to eligible primary producers and equipment suppliers, covering up to 50% of the cost for approved digital farming technology.
