Mildura Rural City Council says it was great to welcome Member for Northern Victoria Jaclyn Symes to Red Cliffs to officially open the new Red Cliffs Early Years Hub alongside proud staff, community members and our young learners.
The new facility provides 132 kindergarten places for local three and four-year-olds and includes four kindergarten rooms, spaces for maternal and child health services, community programs and a toy library.
The MP also joined in to mark the start of construction of the Early Learning Victoria Red Cliffs centre, which will provide long day care and integrated kindergarten services for up to 57 children each day when it opens in 2027.
Council says these projects are helping create more opportunities for local families and giving children the best possible start to their learning journey.
