Victoria’s public sector nurses and midwives will meet today as they continue to fight for better pay and conditions.
A meeting is being held in Melbourne, but nurses from Mildura and the north-west are expected to be kept updated today on the outcome of an industrial action ballot, as well as a progress report from the union on the current negotiations.
The current enterprise agreement expires today.
