The Draft Nichols Point Community Plan 2025-2029 is now open for feedback.
Developed in partnership with Nichols Point Inc, the plan outlines actions and key partnerships that will assist the community to achieve its goals.
The draft plan includes the following six focus areas and key objectives:
Recreation: Fostering a healthier, more engaged and vibrant community
Advocacy: Leading meaningful change and improved outcomes for the community
Community Development and Enhancement: Leading a more vibrant, inclusive and sustainable community
Community Connection: Building strong connections, fostering a sense of belonging and unity among residents
Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability: Promoting a healthier and more resilient environment for current and future generations
Community Marketing and Tourism Development: Promote the local economy and create a vibrate, welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike
