A new name for Mildura’s Priority Primary Care Centre.
The Victorian Government has renamed the centres Urgent Care Clinics, saying it’s easier for patients to remember.
There are 29 clinics across the state including the one at Sunraysia Community Health Services on Thirteenth Street, aimed at diverting serious but non-emergency cases from hospital emergency departments.

The State Government says the clinics, designed to address various illnesses, broken bones and burns, are free for anyone with or without a Medicare card.
However anyone with a medical emergency should still call Triple Zero (000).
